This 3 issue mini series follows two private investigators in a 1950’s Los Angeles where real-life monsters and ghouls have moved to the city in hopes of becoming the next famous creature to be the star of a blockbuster horror film. Most are rejected or scammed, and a bitter and abused community has developed. The detectives are the only ones willing to cater to the residents of this dark, and sometimes dead, clientele.
Written by Jesse Bausch, illustrated by James Callahan, the complete series includes 100 pages of black and white story, plus back up shorts and pin ups. Published in 2005, all issues signed by the artist.
